Q. Is my information safe?
The information that you put on the encrypted area of the Blaq Key is secure and password protected. Each key has 256 Bit AES encryption with a unique factory generated password. When you enter your password a secure hidden drive will launch that contains your personnal information.
Q. Can I change the password?
No. Due to safety the Blaq Key's password is similar to that of a combination padlock. It is unique, random, and generated by software.
Q. What happens if I lose my password?
You just send us an e-mail requesting us to resend your password. When you buy the Blaq Key we request a security question and anwser from you. When you request your password we will ask you your security question.
Q. There doesn't seem to be any protection for the contacts on the Blaq Key, is that a problem?
The drive has been tested. The R&D department has experimented with the Blaq Key and unless purposely or maliciously used the Blaq Key can stand the abuse of being on a key chain.
